Sungrazer is BACK!!

I am delighted to say that the Sungrazer site is back online an (mostly) working the way it is designed to. As I feared, the upgrades that we had to make were not compatible with the current customization of the Sungrazer site, and many many bugs, errors, and incompatibilities turned up. But we have been able to fix nearly all of the problems now, and the site is ready to be back online! I cannot promise that we will not have to take it offline again occasionally next week, but it will only be temporary.

If you find something is not working the way it used to, please send me an email and I will look into it. If you see any error messages, please copy/paste or screenshot those and make a note of the date/time when you encountered them.

I apologize sincerely for the site being down for so long. I want to extend some particular thanks to Robert Pickard, who has been keeping track of reported comets while I have been busy fixing the site, and to Alan Watson who has generously operated/funded the groups.io pages that we have relied on the past few weeks.

I will try and get back up-to-date on confirmations as soon as possible, but this is Thanksgiving week here in the US, so it will probably be next week when they start appearing.
